A twill jean cotton wipe made from 100% cotton fiber that is woven in an extremely tight construction. The extractable trace elements are effectively reduced in the cleaning process which removes impurities in the cotton as well as any starches or binders used in the manufacturing process.

TechniSat incorporates a pre-wetted fabric blend of nonwoven hydroentangled 55% cellulose and 45% polyester. This fabric combines the highly absorbent properties of a natural fiber with the cleanliness and strength of a synthetic fiber. It offers low particle counts, low extractable levels and solvent compatibility. TechniSat wipers are pre-wetted with isopropyl alcohol/deionized water solutions filtered to 0.2 µm. The wipers are packaged in resealable flexpacks, fliptop tubs and canisters. TechniSat containers are sheathed in a sealed outer bag for proper introduction into the cleanroom.
